
Salon policies
I strive to give you the best service possible. This includes running on time and being available for you. This requires us all to do our part. Below are a few policies I have in place to ensure business runs smoothly.
booking
All booking is done online through Acuity. If ever you have any questions about booking, please send me an email. This is the most efficient way to contact me. A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non refundable and double as your cancellation fee in the event you need to cancel at the last minute.
cancellations
I understand, sometimes things happen. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours. This gives me enough time to fill your spot with another guest. I highly suggest rescheduling as this is the only way to maintain your deposit.
40% cancellation fee is required for any appointments pre booked at the salon. Fee must be paid before another appointment is booked. Pre-booked appointments rescheduled within the 48hr time frame will not be charged.
redos & Refunds
The cost of services and products is non-refundable.
In the event that you’re not 100% happy with the outcome of your service, please let me know within 10 days of your appointment and I will make adjustments.
If you find yourself unhappy with the products you’ve taken home, they can be exchanged for others or returned for credit to be used at a later date.
I have read and understand the policies above. I understand that by entering my electronic signature below I am agreeing to these policies. If I choose not to sign, any scheduled appointments will be canceled and I will not serviced.
